MOR-499: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN MODERN ORGANIZATIONS
I currently serve as a teaching assistant for a new Spring 2026 course at USC Marshall that focuses on emotional intelligence in modern organizations. The course equips students with practical frameworks for managing people and showing up as effective, authentic leaders in the workplace. In my role, I redesigned the full curriculum slide deck and created promotional flyers to build interest in the course. I also edited the textbook for the course by reorganizing it in a more digestible way.

This flyer was created to promote a Department of Management and Organization event designed to foster open, informal dialogue between students and faculty. During the event, students had the opportunity to ask professors questions about career paths and engage in lighthearted conversations in an approachable, interactive setting.

This flyer was created to promote new courses offered in the Spring 2026 semester. It was displayed across multiple USC locations and provided prospective students with a clear way to learn more and reach out with questions.
