NETFLIX CREATIVE BRIEF
For our final project, my team and I spent the semester building a deep understanding of consumer behavior around Netflix. Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, including Qualtrics surveys, Talkwalker social listening, focus groups, and in-depth interviews, we identified why Netflix no longer feels like “home” for many users. Based on these insights, we developed a creative brief and proposed Ultimate Netflix, a premium, consumer-first tier designed to restore shared viewing, emotional connection, and long-term brand loyalty.
